I am hoping to add another competition before Christmas sneaks up on me. I have still so much shopping to do and yippeee only 3 weeks of work left and then I am on a 6 week break. I am really looking forward to that – rest, relaxation and swimming in the pool everyday.

Flowers for all seasons
I made this bracelet for my daughters birthday (she is a frangipani flower fan). The flowers are a perfect match with the czech beads. I was excited when all her friends and work peers absolutely adored it. Since then I have had a few orders for this bracelet.

As I made this for my daughter - her wrist is smaller than an adults, so prices will vary depending on how many frangipani flowers and czech beads are needed. If you prefer the bracelet in gold plated I can easily do that for you.

Out with the old and in with the new. I am clearing out all 2009 lines to make way for next season lines.
My lounge room is no longer that. Luckily we never use that room so I dont have to many complaints about all my jewellery being displayed in there.

I was in the Christmas mood and gave away earrings to my work peers. Everybody absolutely adored what I made for each one of them. There response was you should sell them. I love hearing that especially from my friends and family as they can be your worst critic at times.
I hope to start making my Christmas gifts for the family soon – yes they will be receiving jewellery from me. My daughter has already asked me to make her Christmas earrings so she can wear them to work. Last year I made her a pair of snowmen earrings and I received orders from her work mates which was a bonus for me.

I have added a new project to my “Beading Projects”. All In Blue Pendant. Perfect for beginners and intermediate beaders. This project teaches you how to manipulate 20 gauge wire turning into a beautiful pendant.
At first when I started using wire I made a mess of many of my projects. I am sure I threw away a whole reel. But as they say practice makes perfect. It is quite easy to use and you can create many pieces including clasps, eyepins and decorative wire wrapping jewellery.
When starting out I suggest buying cheap wire from the markets or craft shops. You won’t feel so bad throwing the wire away with all the booboos you may end up doing.
